Shipping policy

Our shipping is based on best effort. In some cases shipping is done directly from our manufacturer or warehouse to you. On average worldwide this takes 2-3 weeks depending on your location. For some items expedited shipping is available when they are in stock at our HQ in the Netherlands. This is generally faster.

Exceptions

- Custom jewerly or made-to-order jewelry will need to be made first. Generally these are found in the premium catalogs. Of course it can take a bit longer for these. When our partner workshops have finished the piece, it will be sent to our HQ for quality inspection, where we will make sure everything is in order, pack it into safe packaging and sent it to you.

- Gemstones and Certification. When a gem is ordered it often times will be sent for certification to AGL/ALGT. When it comes back certified it will be sent to the customer (you). Most gemstones however are precertified and can be sent directly. If a gem is sent for certification we will do our best to notify you timely.

We ship worldwide, due to this shipping times can vary. Of course we will keep you updated along the way. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
