However, recent disruptions in global air freight—spurred by the Iran–Israel conflict—have forced major carriers to cancel or reroute flights through the region. As a result, some of our lab gems are now taking longer to reach us.
Why Delivery Times Are Changing
Historically, most lab-grown gems arrived at our facility by air, ensuring rapid turnaround from synthesis to shipment. With those flight paths temporarily suspended, suppliers are pivoting to sea and rail transport. While these modes remain safe and cost-effective, they add anywhere from 1–3 weeks to standard delivery schedules.
Gems Still in Stock—Just a Little Slower
Rest assured, our full catalog of lab-created sapphires, emeralds, diamonds, and more remains available. We’re working closely with our partners to prioritize shipments, but individual ETA will vary based on origin and transport route. Some popular sizes and cuts may ship within our usual 5–7 day window; others could take up to 21 days.
